Question How and when will my order be shipped?
AnswerPin orders are sent via US Postal Service First Class. Your order will be sent out 2-3 days after purchase, and then you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from me. Domestic First Class shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, and International is about 2 weeks, though it can vary greatly by country.

All other orders are manufactured and shipped by a third party. These orders are processed in 2-7 business days. Shipping will depend on the shipping option chosen.

AnswerYes!

Not every country participates in USPS’s delivery tracking program. International tracking updates will end at the U.S. border unless you live in one of the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Gemany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, or Switzerland. If you live in a country with non-roman language, it can be helpful to reply to your order confirmation email with a large-size image of your address typed out in that language that I can add to your package, as well as a phone number. This can help make sure your mail gets to you properly!

AnswerFor any inquiries or if something isn’t right, please contact me at info@biancanegron.com within 15 days of receiving your order.  If the item appears damaged, I will be happy to work with you on a refund, however you will be responsible for return shipping. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them in order to receive a full refund.
